2. We Retrieve Your Essentials
Our team securely retrieves important personal items from your home such as phones, chargers, clothing, eyeglasses, documents, and other necessities.
3. We Deliver Directly to the Hospital
We deliver your items directly to you or your family member at the hospital, helping make a stressful situation easier and more comfortable.

• Important documents (ID, insurance cards, POA, etc.)

• Comfort items from home
All items are transported securely and delivered directly to the hospital.
Limitation of Liability for Valuables
Client acknowledges that Company may retrieve or transport valuable personal property including but not limited to jewelry, cash, financial documents, collectibles, electronics, and legal documents.
Company agrees to exercise reasonable care in the handling and transport of such property. However, Client agrees that the Company is not an insurer of the property.
Except in cases of proven gross negligence or intentional misconduct, the Company’s maximum liability for any loss, damage, or claim related to property handled under this Agreement shall not exceed:
$1,000 per service event
unless a higher value is declared in writing and accepted by the Company prior to service.
Client is responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for high-value items.
